The Hotel Puerta Madrid, opened in 2002, combines outstanding architecture, quality of service and a strategic location. Only 5 minutes from the Juan Carlos I Trade Fair and Barajas Airport, it is within easy reach of the capital's main comunications routes. Its 194 spacious rooms all have connection to the Internet. The top floor is reserved for executive guests, and provides executive rooms and suites, a business centre and private check-out. The hotel runs a complimentary transport/shuttle service to the airport and trade fair.

Their marble bathrooms have hairdryer and telephone. One floor is reserved for non-smokers.

We offer a free transport/shuttle service to the airport and trade fair, Monday to Friday, please reserve at reception. Runs from 8.00 to 12.00 h and 18.00 to 21.00 h. If you require the service at the weekend, please consult reception. If arriving by car, take the N-II from the airport towards the city centre (Avda. America), leaving at exit 8 towards the Trade Fair area. Turn left along Calle Luca de Tena, and at the end of this street, in Calle Juan Rizi, you will see the entrance of the hotel. Coming from the city centre, from Avenida de America take the N-II towards the airport, leaving at the second exit. Continue along Calle Arturo Soria and on the left, at the end of Calle Josefa Varcárcel, you will see the hotel.

We provide five modular public rooms of varying sizes and two small private rooms equipped with all the resources required for organising any social or business event. Located on the hotel’s main floor, they can accommodate up to a total of 500 guests. Our public rooms have natural light, Kubiwireless high-speed wireless Internet, ISDN lines and audiovisual equipment. On prior request, we can arrange to have teams of hostesses, interpreters or simultaneous translation facilities. We also supply free writing materials, flipchart and water.
